Sri Neeraj Tiwari who has appeared on behalf of UP Technical University, has submitted that notice dated 3.8.2014 was in respect of Government aided institutions only because for the private institutions there is a separate procedure provided which they follow for taking admission, whereas for Government aided institutions admission can be made only on the basis of rank secured by the students in the entrance test.

Sri Neeraj Tiwari prays for and is allowed a week's time to produce the relevant record in respect of the above.
