Petitioner, namely, Vivek Singh Chakravarti is present in person before the Court.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the State of Uttar Pradesh is not taking necessary steps to execute the mandate of Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act, 2005').
On going through the averments contained in the petition for writ, we do not find any specific instance in support of the cause sought to be agitated by the petitioner. Petitioner, if is having any grievance with regard to non adherence of the provisions of Act, 2005, then necessary details in that regard are required to be given. As a matter of fact, instant petition for writ is lacking necessary details and particulars, on basis of that it can be said that adequate compliance of mandate of the Act, 2005 has not been made.
Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition for writ with liberty to file a fresh with all details to substantiate the cause agitated in this petition for writ.
The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
