Learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this application, hence the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the applicants, the application stands dismissed.
It may be observed that it has been made to appear by the learned counsel that there is already an Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. pending in this Court regarding the same case in which at earlier point of time, some stay order was granted and the applicants want to move an application in that proceeding now in order to express his grievance and seek redressal against the issuance of warrants that has been done by the court below. This Court, in these circumstances, makes it clear that the applicants shall be at liberty to move any such application if he is so advised.
