Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to fourth and fifth respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to third respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Distt. Kanpur Nagar to grant financial approval for the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Clerk in the institution in question.
Learned counsel for the petitioner apprises to the Court that present matter is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in Abhendra Anand Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors., 2017 (2) AWC 1117 (LB) and the present writ petition is also liable to be decided in the same terms.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law and in view of the judgment passed in Abhendra Anand Singh (Supra) expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
