Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no. 1 and Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned order dated 26.04.2019, representation for seniority and salary of eight teachers including the petitioner was rejected by respondent no. 3. He further submits that out of nine petitioners, eight petitioners have filed Writ A Nos. 9505 of 2019 (Pawan Kumar and 5 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) and 9506 of 2019 (Nagendra Singh and another Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) and this Court was pleased to quash the order passed by respondent no.3 and dispose of both the petitions vide order dated 4.6.2019. He further submits that this petition may also be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
The contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by learned standing counsel as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for respondents and they fairly agreed that the matter is squarely covered by a judgement of this Court dated 4.6.2019 passed in Writ A Nos. 9505 of 2019 and 9506 of 2019.
Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of on the same terms and conditions of judgements dated 4.6.2019 in Writ A Nos. 9505 of 2019 and 9506 of 2019.
