Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been serving on the post of Assistant Teacher (Wood Craft) since 1998. In earlier enquiry proceedings, selection and appointment of the petitioner was upheld. Without taking into account the earlier enquiry reports, impugned order has been passed.

Respondent nos.1 to 3 are represented by the Standing Counsel.
