JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
Mr. Pankaj Shukla, learned Central Government Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1, whereas notice on behalf of opposite parties no.2 to 4 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
''i. Issue a writ, order or direction declaring the 52nd Amendment in the U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963 dated 02.11.2020 issued by respondent no.2 (as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) as illegal and violation of the provisions of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 and the EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 as amended from time to time.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the Government Order dated 06.11.2020 issued by the respondent no.2 (as contained in Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition).
iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the DSR dated 23.11.2017 and its amendment dated 25.02.2019 issued by the respondent no.6 (as contained in Annexure No. 3 & 4 to the writ petition).
iv. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the demand notice dated 30.01.2021 issued by the respondent no.4 (as contained in Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition).
V. Issue a writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the application for waiver dated 09.12.2020, as contained in Annexure No.22 to the writ petition.
vi. Issue a writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to reassess the area allotted to the petitioner for mining.
vii. Issue a writ, order or direction or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, 3 and 4 to allow the petitioner to undertake mining activity after depositing the coming months due, till the determination/ reassessment of annual production capacity of the lease area is not done.
viii. Any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.
ix. Also award the cost of this petition to the petitioner."
Mr. Rohit Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that inadvertently, by mistake certain typographical errors have crept in in the body of writ petition, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
