The dispute between the petitioner and respondents no. 5 to 16 who are private respondents, is in respect of a property.
The relief claimed by the petitioner is to issue a mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner dated 20.5.2018 regarding the safety and security of the petitioner and his family along with his property.
It is well settled that the administrative authorities have no jurisdiction or authority to interfere in a private dispute of any property. Thus, in respect of the relief prayed, this writ petition is not liable to be entertained and is accordingly dismissed.
So far as prayer regarding safety and security of the petitioner and his family members, it is always open to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the District Level Committee constituted under relevant Government Orders.
