This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the Trial No. 1960 of 2013 (State vs. Vivek Goel) under Section 63/65 of Copy Right Act as Case Crime No. 562 of 2013 P.S. Sihani Gate, Ghaziabad.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the application stands disposed of directing the court concerned to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates, provided there is no other impediment in deciding it.
