Heard Sri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate security/ security (gunner).
Learned standing counsel has placed before us the instructions along with an order wherein a decision has been taken on 30.4.2019 by the three member committee consisting of the District Magistrate, Aligarh, Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh and Superintendent of Police, Aligarh whereby the claim of the petitioner for providing security gunner has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received any such order rejecting his claim till date. Learned standing counsel has provided a copy of the decision taken on 30.4.2019 by the three member committee to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today.
We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said order.
