The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 05.11.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.33670 of 2012.
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. In paragraph no.8 of the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it is stated that the order passed by the Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit.
In view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
