This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned first information report dated 28.11.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 0665 of 2020, under Sections 3/2 U.P.Gangsters Act, P.S.- Tappal, District- Aligarh (Annexure No. 1).
At the very outset, Mrs. Archana Singh, learned AGA-I submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the court concerned in the present matter, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
