Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Sanding counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall join the place of posting pursuant to the order of transfer within a period of 10 days from today subject to his right to represent against the said order being preserved.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in case the petitioner joins the place of posting in accordance with the statement recorded above and continues to work at that place and represents within a period of two weeks from today, the competent authority shall duly consider any representation at that stage and dispose it of in accordance with law and bearing in mind the personal difficulties which the petitioner professes to suffer from.
Accordingly and in light of the statement which is recorded and accepted, this petition is disposed of.
