The sole grievance of the petitioners is that orders are not being passed on the application for temporary injunction filed along with the Suit No.600 of 2019. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the defendants have already appeared.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the application for temporary injunction accompanied with Suit No.600 of 2019 be decided within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
