Sarguna Pandian, Municipal Contractor, Ramanpudur, Nagercoil Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Declaration declaring the auction conducted on 14.2.2002 by the first respondent and knocked down in favour of the second respondent and confirmed on 1.4.2002 in respect to Vadasery Market owned and administered by the first respondent as illegal, unlawful, just and enrichment of the second respondent and also without a proper publication of the conduct of the auction.
