1. On 20.03.2012, this Court has passed following order:-
Mr.
Desai, learned advocate for the appellant has filed leave note. Appeal is of the year 2004 wherein claim petition of the year 1989 is challenged. Therefore, in the interest of justice as a last chance matter is adjourned to 27.03.2012. It is clarified that on the next date if Mr. Desai is not in a position to appear, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which appropriate orders shall be passed exparte.
2. Even today, Mr. Desai, learned advocate has filed leave note. Therefore, the present appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
