JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Registry of this Court has received complaint from the Complaint Box under the covering letter of the Sessions Court. The complaint appears to be serious and, therefore, the concerned jail authorities shall file an affidavit in respect of the complaint. The affidavit by the competent officer-in-charge of the prison in which the applicant is serving sentence shall file affidavit in response of this complaint latest by 20.07.2012. Unfortunately, it is required to be noted that no one is present on behalf of the State before the Court.
