[1] Applicant convict prisoner is convicted for the offence under section 302 of IPC and life sentence is awarded by the Sessions Court. Said judgment and order is challenged by the applicant by way of filing appeal and the appeal is pending.

[2] The applicant convict prisoner can raise grievance before the Appellate Court.

[3] In view of above, the application is dismissed.
