JUDGMENT / ORDER

Below Speaking to Minutes dated 18.9.2012 By filing this Speaking to Minutes in Civil Revision Application, learned Advocate Mr. Arpit P Patel appearing on behalf of the applicant has requested to correct the execution application number which is referred to in the order dated 13.09.2012.
In view of aforesaid, the office is directed to correct the Execution Application number mentioned in the order dated 13.09.2012 as " 312 of 2006" instead of "311/2006".
Fresh rule be issued by correcting the execution application number, making it returnable on the same date.
Speaking to Minutes is disposed of accordingly.
