By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of the delay of 8 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.314 of 2011.
Heard Mr. Tushar Sheth, learned advocate for the applicants and Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned advocate for the opponent.
On a perusal of the averments made in the memorandum of the application, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone the delay of 8 days caused in filing the revision application.
The application is, accordingly, allowed. The delay of 8 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.314 of 2011 is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
The office to give a regular number to the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.314 of 2011 and list the same for hearing on 12.01.2012.
