JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite repeated opportunities, the respondent has not filed reply affidavit.
On previous occasion, as a last chance, time was granted to the respondent to file reply affidavit, however, today also, reply affidavit is not filed.
The details mentioned in the petition and the contentions raised in the petition have remained uncontroverted. Therefore, the petition is admitted for final hearing. RULE.
So far as request for interim relief is concerned, having regard to the main relief prayed for in the petition, interim relief cannot be granted, at this stage, otherwise, it would amount to allowing the petition. Therefore, request for interim relief is refused at this stage.
Having regard to the nature of the relief prayed for in the petition and the actions which have been taken by the respondent authority, rule is made returnable on 3.9.2012.
