JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Rule.
Mr.R C Kodekar, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
The applicant seeks temporary bail to make financial arrangements for marriage of his niece.
Heard Mr.Kodekar, learned APP for the respondent - State. The cause shown in the application, is found to be genuine. For the reason set out in the application and taking into consideration the jail remarks of applicant surrendering to the jail in time on previous occasions, application is allowed.
The applicant is, therefore, ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of TEN DAYS so as to cover the date of marriage of his niece being 19/04/2012 on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) before the Jail Authorities on certain conditions that he will;
a) not leave the State of Gujarat.
b) not indulge in any illegal activity.
c) surrender to the Jail Authorities in time.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
