JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are the accused in CC 69/2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court I, Kochi.
2. The allegation against them is that they have committed the offences under Sections 294(b), 506 and 509 I.P.C. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the materials collected by the investigating officer do not disclose commission of any offence and the proceedings in the Criminal Case may be quashed.
3. Heard.
4. If the allegations of the petitioners are true, the remedy is to approach the Magistrate and plead for a discharge. It is not proper for this court to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 482 In the result, this Criminal M.C. is dismissed.
The petitioners are free to approach the Magistrate to plead for the discharge.
