JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition filed under Section 115 of CPC, enabling him to file a revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at the SR stage itself, with liberty to the petitioner to file in appropriate forum. Consequently, the connect M.P is also closed. No costs. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order after obtaining a copy of the same.
