Satyanarayana Singh, AGA) This Writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the endorsement given by the respondent No.2 and 4 vide Annex-M & P dated 20.08.2015 and 08.09.2015 respectively and direct the respondent No.2 to 4, to accept the application filed by the petitioner society vide Annex-H dated 29.11.2014, to run the English medium higher primary school from the Academic year 2015-16 etc.
