The respondent No.2 Amratbhai Kachhrabhai Mevada and respondent No.3 Jayeshbhai Babulal Mehta are the partners of M/s.Yogi Developers - respondent No.1 herein and respondent No.4 - Honey Members Association and respondent No.5 Mafatlal K.Mistry are also present in the Court.
Learned advocate Mr.Rahul Dholakia submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Mafatlal K.Mistry - respondent No.5 who is present in the Court submits that he wants to engage learned advocate Mr.Rahul Dholakia also his counsel. Learned advocate Mr.Rahul Dholakia states that he will file Vakalatnama during the course of the day and seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply within three weeks.
