JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard learned counsel Mr. V.K. Patel for the petitioner and learned counsel Mr. K.I. Acharya for the respondents.
2. Rule returnable on 05.09.2012.
In the meantime, interim relief in terms of Para-5(B) in both the petitions on condition that the petitioner-Mandli shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/-, in respect of Special Civil Applications No.6033/2012 and 6034/2012 respectively, before the Registry of this Court, within a period of one month from today.
On such deposit being made, the Registry shall invest the aforesaid amounts in two different Fixed Deposits with any nationalized Bank, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any orders in that regard from this Court. The interest accruing on the above two Deposits shall be accumulated. Orders regarding disbursement of the said amounts shall be passed at the time of final disposal of the petitions.
Failure to deposit the amounts within the stipulated period shall lead to automatic vacation of interim relief, without reference to the Court.
