JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) The petitioner appears as party in person.
Lay before a bench of which one of us Justice V.M. Sahai is not a member after obtaining necessary nomination from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
The petitioner who appears in person states that the matter is extremely urgent and is required to be heard today itself. Office shall obtain necessary nomination during recess so that the matter may be placed before another Bench which is nominated by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
