In both applications, considering the nature of complaint and the allegations levelled therein, upon instructions received from the applicant, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw both applications at this stage with liberty to take action in accordance with law before the competent Court with regard to the subject matter.
Permission is granted.
Both applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case and the subject matter of the complaint be decided by the learned Magistrate in accordance with law.
