Since Mrs Raval waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and Ms. Shruti Pathak, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service on behalf of respondent No.2, we treat the matter as ready as regards service.
After going through the materials on record, we permit the unit of the petitioners to start functioning for a trial run upto June 14, 2012. In the meantime, respondent No.1 - Gujarat Pollution Control Board will revisit the premises of the unit of the petitioners and see whether the unit has complied with all the formalities as required under the law and to submit a report before the next date.
Let the matter appear after the reopening i.e. June, 14 2012. A copy of this order be served on respondent Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
