(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Since all the respondents have appeared, they are directed to file affidavit-in-reply positively within 17th January, 2013. By way of filing an affidavit, the writ petitioner has drawn our attention to the fact that he was called at Karanj Police Station, and when pursuant to the said letter, he went there, he was asked by the police authority to immediately withdraw the present litigation. Let a copy of this affidavit be handed over to the learned Advocate General, who assures this Court that he will look into the matter.
Let the matter appear on 31st January, 2013.
