Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
This writ petition has been filed for the expeditious disposal of the Restoration Application which was filed on 27.02.2021 for the recalling of the order dated 31.12.2020 passed in partition suit being Case No.320160544033026/20, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Restoration Application filed on 27.02.2021 for the recalling of the order dated 31.12.2020 passed in a partition suit being Case No.320160544033026/20, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
