The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation/District Magistrate, District Ghazipur, i.e., respondent no. 1 to decide the restoration application of the petitioner dated 14.5.2019 pending in the court of Deputy Director of Consolidation/District Magistrate, District Ghazipur.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Deputy Director of Consolidation/District Magistrate, District Ghazipur, i.e., respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the aforesaid restoration application within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid restoration application.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
