Sri Tej Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has got no instruction in the matter, the matter appears to be infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to move recall application, in case, cause of action is still surviving or dismissal of the writ petition causes any prejudice to their interest.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged. No order as to cost.
