Heard Sri Kashinath Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
As agreed by the learned counsel for the respective parties the writ petition is finally disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner by means of a speaking order after considering the objections filed by the petitioner, including the issue relating the locus of respondent no.3 Hari Das Yadav. The decision be taken by the respondent no.2 expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed by the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of.
