JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is a Writ C of 2002. Hon'ble Sabhajeet Yadav, J directed the case to be listed before another Bench. Thereafter, it was nominated to me. Now Hon'ble Sabhajeet Yadav,J is sitting in division Bench and I am sitting in Writ C uptil 2000. The matter may therefore, now be heard by regular court .
Accordingly, put up the file before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
