Heard Shri Narendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 and learned standing counsel for the State - respondent no. 1.
The petitioner has preferred this petition to decide the representation dated 13.03.2019 pending before respondent no.
3 for extending time to complete the building plan till the resolution of the dispute.
Shri Singhal states that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending and the same be disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 13.03.2019 by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
