The application is directed against the order dated 11.5.2018 passed by Sessions Judge, Maharajganj in criminal revision no. 11 of 2018 under Section 419,420, 409 IPC, whereby revision petition of the application against summoning order has come to be dismissed. The remedy lies under Article 227 of the Constitution of India preferring appropriate application .
Liberty is granted to the applicant to move appropriate application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the order after receiving photostat copy of the same which shall be placed on record.
The application is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
