JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/s:-
"13 (A) Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow the Civil Application.
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the opponents to allot one plot out of two plot i.e. plot No.1411 and plot No.7905/A which are with the GIDC, in the interest of justice.
(C) Any other and further relief may be passed in favour of applicant as may be deemed fit just and proper in the interest of justice."
2. It appears that the relief prayed for by the applicant is in nature of substantive relief and will require substantive direction against the Corporation and that therefore such relief cannot be considered or granted pending the petition and that too in Civil Application.
3. Mr. Jani, learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant will take out substantive proceedings for the said relief.
4. In view of the aforesaid stipulation by learned advocate for the applicant the application is disposed of.
