The petitioner has been served with a notice to remove his unauthorized occupation from plot no. 138 of respondent no. 6. The said notice has been challenged in this petition.
From the averments made in paragraph no. 13 of the petition it appears that the petitioner has already instituted Suit No. 231 of 2020 against the respondent no. 6.
Under the circumstances, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to seek for relief in the pending civil suit.
With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed off.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
