Mr. A.Y. Kogje, learned advocate for respondent no.1 and Mr. Pujara, learned advocate for respondent no.2 are present.

Matter is fixed for hearing on 12.04.2013. In the meantime, the balance amount, over and above the amount deposited before the Controlling Authority and as directed by the Appellate Authority will also be deposited before the Controlling Authority. The same shall be invested in a fixed deposit with a nationalized bank for a period of 3 years and shall be renewed from time to time. Till the final disposal of this petition, the quarterly interest accruing thereon will be paid to respondent no.1.

The execution of the order impugned in this petition is stayed on the above condition.
