Patil, AGA) … Petitioner …Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to instruct all the police stations under his jurisdiction not to entertain any complaints against the petitioner by its members in view of the specific directions contained in the order dated 16.11.2010 passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.18496/2007 and connected cases vide Annexure-A and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
