This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs:
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to respondents to did not interfere peaceful possession of the petitioner and also direct the respondent nos. 5 to 8 not to demolish the house in question till the disposal of this petition.
(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to respondents No. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.06.2019 of petitioner within a stipulated period in accordance of law."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In substance, the petitioner is seeking a relief against the private parties (Respondents Nos. 5 to 8), who are allegedly causing interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the house in dispute.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
