JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 6
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 24948 of 2018 Petitioner :- Vishwa Deepak Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel appearing for the State - respondents.
This petition has been preferred for a direction being issued to the respondents to issue a joining letter to the petitioner consequent to his selection on the post of Lekhpal. Undisputedly, the selection was initiated in 2015 and the final list was also published in 2016. According to the own submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, all requisite testimonials were to be submitted by 2nd May, 2016.
Although, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, his certificate of dependancy of a freedom fighter was furnished undisputedly, this certificate was not in accordance with the stipulations prescribed in the advertisement. More importantly, this Court notes that none of the selected candidates, whose rights would necessarily stand affected, has been arrayed party - respondents in this writ petition.
Consequently, no cause arises for issuance of the writs, as prayed for. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
