Writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus directing the S.S.P Crime Branch,Meerut respondent no.2 and Station House Officer, respondent no.3 to ensure fair and impartial investigation of case crime no.0114 of 2018 under sections 420 I.P.C. and Section 66Cof Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Lalkurti, District Meerut and submission of police police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C.
The police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that the S.S.P Crime Branch,Meerut respondent no.2 and Station House Officer, respondent no.3 to ensure fair and impartial investigation of case crime no.0114 of 2018 under sections 420 I.P.C. and Section 66Cof Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Lalkurti, District Meerut and submission of police police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. in it as early as possible.
