Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.6.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0274 of 2021, under Section 363 IPC, Police Station- S.M.South, District- Shahjahanpur (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition).
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report."
On the basis of instructions, learned AGA apprised in the present Case Crime, the charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent court against two accused, namely, Mangal Singh and Azad Pal and name of the petitioner has been expunged.
Consequently, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the categorical instruction.
