The instant petition has been filed for quashing of the non bailable warrant issued against the applicants and to accept the compromise deed which is alleged to have been entered into between the parties.
I find no illegality in the order of the trial court issuing non bailable warrant, as the applicants were avoiding the process of the court. In case there has been compromise between the parties, it is open to the applicants to appear before the court and simultaneously apply for bail as well as place the compromise before the court so that the court may be in a position to verify the same. It shall thereafter be open to them to approach this Court for appropriate directions.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
