No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition even in the revised call.
The present petition was filed alleging that in a Suit filed by the petitioner, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur had refused to grant an interim injunction and the appeal against the said order was also dismissed.
This Court vide order dated 5.3.2009 had directed the parties to maintain status-quo.
As the suit is of the year 2004, I dispose off the writ petition with the direction that the Suit No. 963 of 2004 (Bishun Yadav Vs. Kishun and others) shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the above said order.
