Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"II. direct the authority concerned to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 2 (A) dated 09-03-2021 filed in the Original Suit No. 338 of 2013, pending in the Court of C.J. (J.D.), Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned standing counsel has no objection in case if a direction is issued for disposal of aforesaid pending case strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
