This revision has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 17.8.1995 passed by Shri Dinesh Gupta, VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge in Session Trial No.224 of 1993 (State versus Mahesh Chandra and others) under section 302 IPC Police Station Civil LIne District Etawah acquitting the accused person.
As per office report, there is delay of 19 days. Delay condonation application is dismissed for want of non prosecution.
Revision is also dismissed as being time barred.
